Star Benevolent Fund

Founder's vision becomes reality as Star Benevolent Fund donations pass £30,000

In October 2014, Hearing Star’s donations to its Star Benevolent Fund passed £30,000. To-date the pre-tax profits of Hearing Star have supported registered charities across the United Kingdom, making a real difference.

Kevin Howlett who founded Hearing Star in 2009 as a charitable enterprise said, “Our aim is to initially raise over £100,000 in the next few years, with 100% of the fund going to charities with no deductions for premises, wages, expenses or any other costs. We will manage this without commercial contracts, but with the good will of the family of great British organisations and their members who serve our communities and keep us all safe.”

“A founding principle of the company is to ensure the services offered are done so in the best interests of members and not follow today's typical accountant led business practises. It is vital members receive a much better service, spend less and still benefit from the very best of everything physically and technically possible. We have a proven track record of keeping our promises.”

Not only do customers of Hearing Star help others simply by using the hearing service, they also have access to pricing which typically saves each member between £1,200 and an astonishing £4,000 for a pair of top of the range hearing instruments.

Hearing Star TM is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. No 7114642
